BEFORE THE VIP DAY

1. I will have you fill out a detailed questionnaire so I can learn more about your busienss, where you are, and where we should focus our time

ON THE VIP DAY (sample schedule)

1. BUDGETING AUDIT - most new brands never launch because they don't realize how much starting a fashion business costs and they run out of money. Together we will create a custom realistic budget specific to your financial needs and goals.
2. DESIGN AUDIT - this is where we get into what kinds of styles and how much to produce of each style.
3. SOURCING STRATEGY - I will create a custom list of 10 suppliers best suited for your brand. And teach you industry best practices to reach out to them. (includes custom templates)
4. WEBSITE - if you don't have a website yet, I will create one on Shopify for you. If you have a website I will help you optmize it to boost sales.
5. EMAIL MARKETING - I will set up 1 funnel for you - choose between welcome, abandoned cart, and welcome flow. I will do this live, so you can see everything I do and be able to set up your own funnels in the future.
6. SALES PLAN - I will create a custom sales plan for your brand.
7. SOCIAL MEDIA - We will create 30 days of content, and I'll share with you my secret to going viral.

AFTER THE VIP DAY

1. 2 weeks of email support
